Transport and maneuvering solution of the SLAB SYSTEM product line for large-format ceramic sheets. Especially indicated for the HANDLING of pieces with thicknesses from 6 mm and up.

The SLAB Trolley is for exclusive use with the conveyors of the RUBI SLAB SYSTEM: SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY and SLIM EASY TRANS *. Thanks to the EASY FIX fixing system, the SLAB TROLLEY can be quickly and easily attached to and removed from the conveyor.

The SLAB TROLLEY is light and compact. Its design guarantees that the SLAB TROLLEY occupies only the right space. And its reinforced aluminum profiles give it great strength and structure with minimum weight.

The RUBI SLAB TROLLEY, incorporates an extendable arm to facilitate the maneuver of loading and unloading of the ceramic sheet on the WORK TABLE. With the arm folded, the SLAB TROLLEY allows you to go through the frame of a standard door without the need to perform complex or risky maneuvers, even when loading the conveyor with material in its maximum format.

Equipped with four rotating wheels (360º) with STOP & FIX braking and locking system, the SLAB TROLLEY increases the safety in the loading and unloading maneuvers. Thanks to the inclination of the conveyor, the SLAB TROLLEY becomes the ideal support to carry out the double gluing application task.

The SLAB TROLLEY has rubber bumpers at its ends to avoid possible impacts with the material or other elements.

With the SLAB TROLLEY the user can manipulate pieces of up to 140 kg of maximum weight and a format of up to 360 cm x 160 cm.

The use of the SLIM EASY TRANS with the SLAB CART requires the mandatory use of the CROSSBACK SET (ref. 18819). The SLAB CART is served disassembled and requires a first complete assembly by the user.
